The evil puppeteer came closer, stretched his neck, looked at the gray hair pinched by the black wolf's fingertips, and asked in confusion: "What did you see? Isn't it just an ordinary hair? What's there to study?"
"You can get a lot of information from the way the knots are tied." Lei didn't intend to explain too much. He let go of the gray hair and turned to look at the table that was broken into two pieces and the food scattered on the ground.
"What information can I get?" The evil puppeteer looked curious, but his heart was pounding.
Bourbon glanced at the evil puppeteer and said seriously, "Like the dominant hand, occupation, and the psychological activities when tying knots."
The evil puppeteer was obviously a little surprised, a feeling of uneasiness swept over his body, and the smile on his face froze.
However, Bourbon didn't seem to be ready to let go of this opportunity and continued to explain: "For example, square knots can point to medical practitioners. If there are many knots, it can reflect the desire for control or cautious personality of the person who tied the knots at that time."
"Then..." The evil puppeteer swallowed his saliva, his eyes fell on the gray hair, but he secretly glanced at the Siamese cat, only to see that his face was gloomy, and he couldn't help but feel a little scared, but he still asked what he wanted to ask, "Then what did you find about this knot?"
However, Rye and Bourbon looked at each other and came up with a plan in their minds.
The cabin was silent. The evil puppeteer tugged at his ill-fitting black robe, laughed awkwardly, and quickly tried to smooth things over. "It doesn't matter if there's nothing found. Maybe Miss Gray Rabbit tied it on at random."
"You're right. She did tie it casually." Bourbon, who was also wearing a black robe, looked at the evil puppeteer. "I'm curious, how did you know that the host would have information to tell us? Or, how did she pass the information to you?"
"No!" The evil puppeteer immediately denied it and explained in an excited voice, "I was with you. If she had passed on information to me, you would have definitely found it! At that time, I really just wanted to go back and see if I could find anything. I didn't expect the host to still be there!"
Bourbon raised his eyebrows. He was sure that the evil puppeteer in front of him was lying, but he probably wouldn't get anything out of him if he continued to question him.
The footsteps outside the door were getting closer and closer. It was time for them to leave. Bourbon reached out and pulled out the gray hair, and the three of them left the cabin.
Shortly after they left, a group of gamblers broke in.
It was a sunny and windy day outside the window. A large black bird flew over the inky black sea. The surging white waves looked like a snow-white skirt.
In a secluded corridor, Bourbon and Lei stopped at the same time.
"What's wrong? Aren't we going to look for Miss Gray Rabbit?" The evil puppeteer clutched the sleeves of his black robe.
"There are too many people. It's inconvenient." Ley looked at Bourbon.
Bourbon glanced at Lei coldly and nodded, "And I don't think there is any need to rush to find Gray Rabbit. She is safe in the Apocalypse Church."
"Ah?" The evil puppeteer glanced back and forth between the two of them, "You mean Miss Gray Rabbit is using the Apocalypse Cult?"
"Yes, she is hiding in the Apocalypse Church and can pass information to us. The Apocalypse Church also seems to hope that the contents of Room 4 will not be spread out." Bourbon turned to look at the evil puppeteer following behind them, raised his gauze-wrapped hands, and asked with a smile, "Doctor, do you want to continue to follow me who is injured, or are you willing to stay with Black Wolf?"
The evil puppeteer did not dare to look directly at Black Wolf, but only looked at the Siamese cat's hand. The dark red was particularly glaring. However, feeling Black Wolf's extremely oppressive gaze, he could not help but recall what happened in the prayer room not long ago.
Back in time, in that dim prayer room, the evil puppeteer suggested asking the three black-robed believers.
However, a tall one of the three black-robed believers shouted in horror: "What are you going to do?!"
Then a cold female voice said, "We won't say anything."
"If you dare to do anything to us! We would rather jump into the sea!"
The black wolf and the Siamese cat quietly blocked the escape routes of the three black-robed cultists.
Gray Wolf sighed, spread his hands, put a gentle smile on his face, and said softly: "Three ladies, we just want to know where Miss Gray Rabbit is now. I hope you can tell us the truth."
"We won't tell!" The tall cultist protected the other two cultists behind him and looked at the gray wolf in front of him with a pair of frightened eyes.
A crying yet resolute female voice came from behind the tall believer: "If you force us, we would rather die! We won't let you know anything!"
Black Wolf folded his arms and half leaned against the wall, looking very relaxed, but the evil puppeteer knew that as long as Black Wolf took action, none of the three cultists would be able to escape from here.
The Siamese cat took a half step back, turned around and looked at the gray wolf, with a look that contained some obscure emotions.
However, Gray Wolf seemed to have thought of something, and the smile on his face gradually faded, but his tone remained gentle, "Miss Churchman, you only have one life, so you must cherish it."
"Death is nothing but falling into the arms of the Supreme God, which is our final destination." A cold female voice came from behind the tall believer.
The evil puppeteer looked in the direction of the voice, but was met with a pair of lifeless eyes. He was slightly stunned. He had seen such an expression more than once when he was a doctor. He suddenly felt that his neck was strangled by a pair of invisible hands, and his breath was blocked in his throat, unable to swallow or spit out.
Gray Wolf stood there without any movement. There was deathly silence in the prayer room, while outside the prayer room there was still chaos and constant noise.
The noisy crowd was talking about what had just happened, guessing who was the murderer of the sloth, worrying about when their lives would be taken away, discussing the upcoming fourth round of eliminations, speculating on who to bet on, and calculating the possible chips they would get.
However, there was only faint sobbing in the prayer room.
The evil puppeteer regretted his previous suggestion for a moment, and wondered whether he should persuade Gray Wolf to release the three black-robed cultists, but he heard Gray Wolf's steady voice: "Leave the black robes on you, and you can leave."
"What do you want to do?!" The three black-robed believers tightly grasped the collars of their black robes and looked at the gray wolf vigilantly.
"That's not good……"
"Take it off." The black wolf who was dozing against the wall suddenly opened his eyes, and the words that came out of his thin lips were full of pressure that left no room for questioning.
The Siamese cat exhaled a breath of foul air and sneered, "If you want to commit suicide, it depends on whether you can do it. I think the gray rabbit must have worn your black robe to leave here quietly. So the black robe is not a necessity for your faith. Even if people without faith can wear it, then people with faith don't have to wear it."
The three black-robed believers remained unmoved and just looked at the Siamese cat warily.
"Can you really fall into the arms of God just by dying casually?" The Siamese cat's eyes swept over the three believers one by one, and said in a cold voice, "You must have come here for a mission. If you fail to complete the mission assigned to you by the Supreme God and die like this, will the God accept you?"
The evil puppeteer looked at the three black-robed cultists, and his intuition told him that these three people were wavering.
As expected, the calmest woman in black robe spoke up: "I'll give you the black robes. You really won't make things difficult for us?"
"Of course, I promise you." Gray Wolf's voice was calm and firm, convincing.
Afterwards, the evil puppeteer saw the black wolf, gray wolf and Siamese cat all turned around and faced away from the three black-robed cultists, while he was glared at by the Siamese cat and could only turn around slowly.
Then the rustling sound of fabric rubbing against each other was heard.
After a while, "Okay, I'll give you the black robes, and let us go."
Gray Wolf turned around and took the three black robes. Black Wolf leaned against the wall with his eyes closed, as if he was taking a nap.
The Siamese cat leaned sideways and put its ear against the heavy door, listening to the sounds outside. Then it opened the door and whispered, "Go this way."
The three believers looked outside the door and took a few cautious steps towards the door. Seeing that the four men did not make any other moves, they rushed out quickly, blended into the crowd and disappeared from sight.
"You are all very kind..." As soon as the evil puppeteer finished speaking, he felt three sharp gazes. He swallowed and shut up.
Gray Wolf put on a black robe and said, "I'll try to sneak in."
The Siamese cat quickly grabbed one, but the black wolf was a little slow and only got the smallest black robe, which seemed impossible for him to wear.
"you wear."
A black robe was stuffed into the evil puppeteer's arms.
"Me?!" The evil puppeteer looked at Black Wolf, his eyes met those dark green eyes, and his heart skipped a beat, "I... I can't wear it."
"Take off your clothes and put them on again!" There was no warmth in Black Wolf's voice.
“That’s not good…” The evil puppeteer tried to refuse, but facing three gazes, he shrank back.
The evil puppeteer slowly lowered his head, his eyes falling on the black robe in his arms. The black robe was very clean, with a faint scent of soap. He glanced at the gray wolf and Siamese cat who had already changed into black robes.
"Take it off, or I'll help you." Black Wolf crossed his arms and looked into the eyes of the evil puppeteer.
"Even if I take off all my clothes, I may not be able to wear them." The evil puppeteer was very resistant in his heart, but his protests were of no result.
The evil puppeteer faced the gazes of the three people and tried to negotiate: "Then turn around..."
The Siamese cat sneered and interrupted the evil puppeteer's words. His eyes gradually moved downwards, "Are you a woman?"
"of course not!"
"We are all men, so don't care so much." After putting on his black hood, Gray Wolf looked at the evil puppeteer with his bright blue eyes.
The evil puppeteer took a deep breath, gritted his teeth, and took off his clothes one by one.
"Take off your pants too."
"No... there's no need..." The evil puppeteer was shirtless, and the cold air brushed across his skin, making him feel uneasy.
However, Black Wolf's patience seemed to have run out, and he turned his wrist and took a step towards the evil puppeteer.
Feeling the pressure, the evil puppeteer immediately compromised, "Don't come over, I'll take it off."
"What do you have tattooed on your thigh?" The Siamese cat stared at the curved tattoo.
The evil puppeteer looked down at the root of his thigh and brushed his fingers gently. "This is my daughter's name. She tattooed it on me. It's been a while, so it's not so clear anymore."
"Put it on." Black Wolf turned around and checked the prayer room.
The evil puppeteer who put on the black robe obviously felt that the hostility of these three people towards him had weakened a lot, and he breathed a sigh of relief.
The timeline returned to the present. The evil puppeteer looked at the Siamese cat standing on his left, then glanced at the black wolf on his right. He rolled his eyes, took a small step to the left, and said as the Siamese cat said: "As a doctor, I have to take good care of my patients."
