"The tobacco and liquor store should be the only one we haven't visited. Should we go now? Or should we go meet up with Mr. Gray Wolf first?" The evil puppeteer saw Miss Gray Rabbit in a black robe through the floor-to-ceiling window.
However, Bourbon's eyes fell on Hiro, who was surrounded by a group of burly men. He was nervous and glanced at the tobacco and alcohol store. He saw Mingyue next to the yellow scalper girl and realized that the curly-haired clerk was unusual. He narrowed his eyes slightly and weighed the pros and cons in his heart.
"Mr. Gray Wolf is so leisurely that he is actually drinking tea." The evil puppeteer glanced at the Siamese cat, only to find that he had a serious face. He hurriedly recalled every word he had said and every thing he had done before. However, no matter how hard he racked his brains, he could not figure out why he was like this. He could only shut his mouth, stand behind him silently, and try to reduce his presence as much as possible.
Bourbon clenched his back teeth. With just a glance from Hiro, he understood what the other person was thinking. His muscles tensed - because Hiro didn't let him go, was there danger, or was there another hidden secret?
The dust that was raised slowly fell and disappeared into the cracks in the floor. A cloud blocked the bright sunshine and cast a huge shadow on the cruise ship.
Seeing the Siamese cat standing in front of the bookstore without moving, the evil puppeteer, who felt many eyes on him, couldn't help but whispered, "Aren't we going in? It's not good to stand here."
"Let's go." Bourbon turned and walked towards the stairwell.
"Leaving now?" The evil puppeteer followed the Siamese cat.
Bourbon pulled the hood of his black robe and whispered, "Don't you feel uncomfortable in this outfit? Go back and change now."
"Huh?!" The evil puppeteer was stunned for a moment, then quickly followed the Siamese cat's pace. He glanced out the window inadvertently and found that the light had become much dimmer.
A huge shadow enveloped the Augus cruise ship, but the ship continued to move towards unknown waters.
In the shop filled with the aroma of tobacco and wine, Mingyue saw Bourbon and the evil puppeteer leave, so she withdrew her gaze and looked at the curly-haired clerk standing at the counter.
"I want to use this money to buy candy." The scalper girl looked at the black card in her hand.
“That’s a lot of purchases.” The curly-haired salesperson chuckled. She thought the scalper girl was childish and guessed that she was too well protected and didn’t understand the prices.
Mingyue, however, looked solemn, thinking of the time when the orange pig girl secretly fed candy to the yellow cow girl. Her expression was gloomy. Candy? What kind of candy was it? Was it related to those people? The tempting red candy appeared in her mind.
“Maybe I can’t buy many, but as long as I buy one more, one less sister in the church will die.” The scalper girl lowered her eyes, her long and narrow eyelashes hiding the surging emotions in her eyes.
Hearing this, the curly-haired clerk's expression froze, and he guessed that this candy was not that candy, and his eyes rolled around.
Mingyue held her chin in her hand, leaned back in her chair, and asked softly, "Where can I buy some candy? If I'm in a good mood, I might buy a few for you."
"Really?" The scalper girl's eyes sparkled, then dimmed again, "You're not lying to me, are you? I won't be fooled."
"I've already given you the card, what did I lie to you about?"
"Then tell me, why did the other participants know that there was a chair in Room 4?"
"It could be that the staff who arranged Room 4 let the secret slip, or that the host of the next round of the game betrayed me and shared the information. But because I have been to Room 4, you think I am cheating." After saying that, Mingyue sighed, looking helpless.
The scalper girl blinked, as if she had suddenly realized something. "Yes, the host might also spread the information. After all, she..."
"After all, she knows the situation in Room 4 and the rules of the game. She invited me to Room 4, maybe to pass information to someone, so as to control the situation of the game and create a winner. I guess she didn't expect that I would be so obedient and stay with them." Mingyue looked at the curling shop clerk, "I heard that Mr. Soichi's health is getting worse day by day. I'm afraid she has betrayed me."
The yellow scalper girl frowned, moved her lips a few times, and finally said, "I don't think that sister will betray! She..."
"She just killed the man who flirted with your sister." Mingyue interrupted again, "She did this just to win your favor. I guess her goal has been achieved."
“No, it shouldn’t be like this…” The scalper girl fell into a swamp of doubt.
"Ms. Gray Rabbit is really good at speaking. If Quail Fire knew that you said that about her..." The curly-haired clerk curled her lips slightly under the blank mask, bent down to look at Gray Rabbit, and asked in a low voice, "What do you think she would think?"
"And she will be the host of the next round of eliminations. She... doesn't need to do this..." The scalper girl's voice became smaller and smaller.
The smile under the blank mask disappeared instantly, and the curly-haired clerk narrowed her eyes and looked carefully at the lazy Gray Rabbit in front of her. After thinking for a long time, she asked, "Miss Gray Rabbit, you are not saying this because you know that she can't host the next round of the game, right?"
"She...what happened to her?" The scalper girl's eyes were full of shock and worry.
Mingyue looked at the curling shop clerk, "So is she dead now, or is she alive? Who will host the next round of the game? Will the content of the game change?"
The scalper girl's heart was tightened, as if she realized that the situation had taken a huge turn. A huge conspiracy was gradually revealed. Was it aimed at their Apocalypse Church, or at everyone on the ship?
"It's not like you'll die." The hair clerk paused for a few seconds, and didn't notice anything unusual on Gray Rabbit's face. Instead, the scalper girl next to him seemed to be relieved. Then she changed the subject, "But you'll have to suffer a little."
pat.
The black card fell to the ground with a crisp sound.
The scalper girl grabbed the collar of the curly-haired clerk, her beautiful eyes widened, but fear and panic surged in her eyes, "What suffering?! Where is she now? What are you going to do to her?!"
The sudden change surprised the curling shop clerk, "I'm just a clerk, and some of this information was heard from others, so don't believe it."
"This matter must be told to the leader and to Sister Enoki!" The scalper girl let go of her hand, turned around and rushed out of the tobacco and liquor store. At this moment, she was like a frightened cow.
The bronze doorbell at the door kept shaking, making a dull knocking sound.
Mingyue bent down to pick up the black card on the ground, put it back into her pocket, and looked at the curly-haired clerk who closed the door again, "You are not an ordinary clerk."
However, the curly-haired clerk chuckled, "So what kind of clerk does Miss Gray Rabbit think I am?"
"The person in charge." Mingyue said calmly, "One of the twelve stars."
The curling shop clerk did not respond, but just stood there and stared at Gray Rabbit.
The humid and salty air was filled with the rich smell of tobacco and wine.
